Who we are

Salto! (Saltotech) is a brand of INDRANT, UNIPESSOAL LDA, Largo Batalhão Sapadores do Caminho de Ferro 11, 8100-523 Loulé, Portugal, NIPC 519646886. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions and requests: hello@saltotech.eu.

This policy covers this website, saltotech.eu. Once you are a client, our contract and data processing agreement describe how we handle the data of your own website’s visitors and customers.

What we collect, why, and for how long

Start, the contact form and the website check. Your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number; what you tell us about your business; the address of your current website; your answers. We use them to answer you and to prepare your preview or report. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). We keep them for 12 months after our last contact, or for as long as you are a client.

Where you came from. If you arrive through an ad or a campaign link, the campaign details in the address (such as utm_campaign) and the click identifiers that ad platforms add (gclid, fbclid, li_fat_id) travel with your form, together with the page you landed on. We use them to learn which campaigns bring enquiries. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our own advertising (article 6(1)(f)). Nothing is stored on your device for this; it is kept with your enquiry.

The website check. The address you enter is tested with Google’s PageSpeed Insights from our server, so Google sees the website’s address, not yours. If you ask for the report by email, we keep your request like a contact form.

A call you book. Your name, email address, phone number and the time you chose, to call you. Legal basis: your request (article 6(1)(b)). Kept for 12 months.

WhatsApp. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your messages under its own terms; we use them only to answer you.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address, confirmed through a link in an email (double opt-in). Unsubscribe with one click in any newsletter. Legal basis: your consent (article 6(1)(a)).

Statistics and advertising. Only with your consent through the cookie banner may we use Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel with Meta’s Conversions API, to count visits and to see which ads lead to enquiries. They load only after you accept, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Legal basis: your consent (article 6(1)(a)).

Storage on your device. Your browser keeps your cookie choice and, if you pick one, your language, so the website remembers them. Nothing else is stored without your consent.

Server logs. Our hosting provider briefly records technical data such as IP addresses to keep the website secure. We do not use them to identify visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security (article 6(1)(f)).

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare: hosting, our forms and our email routing.
• Resend: sending our emails.
• Google: PageSpeed Insights for the website check; Google Analytics only with your consent.
• Meta: the Meta Pixel and Conversions API only with your consent; WhatsApp if you choose to use it.
• Our booking service for calls, which we run ourselves.

Some of these companies are based in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and we make no automated decisions about you.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, to receive it, to restrict its use or to object to it, and you may withdraw a consent at any time. Write to hello@saltotech.eu; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, or to the authority in your own country.
