Let customers book, pay and manage their own appointments
For salons, clinics, practices, coaches, studios and workshops. On your website, on a hosted page, or from a button, in your customer's language.
Services, staff and rooms
Any number of services, each staff member with their own hours, days off and closures, and rooms or equipment that cannot be double-booked.
Classes with seats
Group sessions with a capacity. Each seat is paid separately; a failed payment frees the seat.
Paid or free
A priced service holds the time while the customer pays on your own Mollie or Stripe account. Paid means confirmed; unpaid is released. Free services confirm at once.
Your rules
Minimum notice, how far ahead people may book, the cancellation window, and how often one customer may book.
Waiting list and series
A full day offers the waiting list and emails when a time opens. Weekly classes or therapy series are booked in one go and moved or cancelled one by one or all at once.
Emails that do the work
Confirmation, a reminder the day before and an hour before, cancellation, all in the customer's language, with a link to move or cancel.
Passes and a client area
Sell a ten-class pass as a product. Customers log in with an email link, book from the pass, see what is left, move and cancel. You hand out and adjust passes in your dashboard.
Something with the booking
Offer a product with the appointment, the mat with the yoga class, paid in one go and handed over at the session.
Google Calendar (coming soon)
Your bookings in your calendar; busy time there blocks slots here.
Other systems
An API and webhooks, so a phone or chat assistant you already use can book, move and cancel appointments through the same engine.
